Intrigue Icon Set by Timothy Edmund Crosley

I have probably 15 icon sets in KDE. Since I can be a little OCD, it is necessary to have this many just to be on the safe side. Then one day I stumbled upon an interesting icon set called intrigue. It was definitely intriguing. Actually I would call it amazing but I’m not the author. Maybe even called cure for OCD. As often as I change my desktop (one of my favorite features of any GNU/Linux Distro) I cannot take my eyes off of this icon set. I give it two thumbs up all the way.

So, I decided to notify the author and found out there may be an updated version soon (no, I cannot tell you when) which I was excited about. But, how can you update an already perfect icon set? Maybe add more icons? That would be great, in fact let me make a few suggestions to the author on some suggested icons.

  • Firefox
  • Open Office
  • Xchat
  • Opera
  • Compiz Fusion
  • Thunderbird
  • Emerald
  • VLC

Hopefully I am not being to demanding but these are clearly just suggestions for some new icons. I’ve put the screenshots (at the top) if anyone would like a closer look at this wonderful icon set. Also, download it by clicking on the banner at the top of this post. I think everyone will be pleased with it.

  1. Thanks for the positive review :) . I will try to work on those icons; though I can’t promise anything.
